Aaron is a British citizen and long-term Indonesian expatriate, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in both the military and private security sectors. He has established himself as a go-to source for facilitating complex procurement and technology transfer opportunities in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and India. 

 

His protective intelligence safeguards their technology from threats like licensing violations and corporate espionage. Aaron's extensive network and reputation for professionalism make him a valuable asset in navigating the complexities of international business ventures.

 

Don Feeney

 

Don brings over 40 years of extensive experience combating terrorism worldwide, both in military and private sectors. As a founding member of the US Army's elite Delta Force and the 1st 75th Ranger Battalion, along with service in the 5th Special Forces Group, he has honed his skills in high-stakes environments.

 

For 26 years, Don led a firm as President and CEO, overseeing international security consulting and management. His expertise encompasses a range of areas, including counter-terrorism operations and training, executive protection services, and defensive driving training. With a notable track record managing Department of Defense contracts in Iraq from 2003 to 2011, Don's leadership and experience are unparalleled in the field of security and counter-terrorism.

 

Kevin Shipman 

 

Kevin Shipman, an experienced leader with decades of service across government and private sectors, focuses on security, intelligence, and risk management. Based in Jakarta for 17 years, he's a reliable procurement specialist, providing Western technology to Indonesian end users.

 

In addition to procurement, Shipman ensures security for luxury hotels and VVIP guests, including heads of state. With previous roles in Iraq and Dubai as a Department of Defense contractor, Shipman brings invaluable expertise to his work.

Nicholas Noll

 

Nicholas Noll is a seasoned security and risk management leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations and senior leadership through complex operational and security challenges worldwide. Recognized for his strategic perspective and disciplined leadership, he advises institutions and executive teams on developing resilient security frameworks, strengthening operational readiness, and managing risk in dynamic environments. Nick began his career as a Scout Sniper with the United States Marine Corps, where he built a strong foundation in leadership, mission planning, and operational execution. Over the course of his career, he has directed protective operations, led multidisciplinary security teams, and provided strategic guidance to senior decision-makers responsible for safeguarding personnel, infrastructure, and critical business operations. 

 

He has also contributed to international training and advisory initiatives focused on executive protection, crisis response, and organizational security management—supporting the development of professional security capabilities across multiple regions. 

Currently based in Indonesia, Nick works with organizations and leadership teams to strengthen governance, enhance risk management strategies, and build sustainable security programs that enable safe and successful operations in complex environments.

Kevin Sugg

 

Kevin Sugg brings over 25 years of experience in high-threat environments, gained through his service with the US Military and various government organizations. Beginning his career as a direct action platoon team leader with Marine Force Reconnaissance units, Kevin demonstrated his leadership abilities and systematic approach in planning assaults and leading missions.

 

Transitioning to roles in the US government and private sector, Kevin operated extensively in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Israel for over a decade. His responsibilities included supervising, planning, and briefing personal security details on missions, as well as contributing to the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) as a Project Manager. Currently, Kevin operates in Asia and the Middle East, where he identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks for VIP clients, utilizing his wealth of experience in security operations and risk management.
